Fentanyl Addiction Treatment Programs at Omnia Recovery
We strive to make treatment approachable and accessible by taking most forms of health insurance and offering various levels of outpatient care. Here’s a little bit about how our programs and services can help you or the person in your life searching for a fentanyl treatment center. We offer 100% free and confidential intake assessments and are here to help you make treatment arrangements or choose the right starting level of care for you.
We offer transportation services for clients who need help getting to and from treatment. Please call Omnia Recovery or connect with us online to inquire about transportation services, sober housing connections, case management for clients with pending legal cases, or anything else our team may be able to help with.
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Omnia Recovery is our highest level of care. It is often recommended that clients start their treatment journey with PHP due to the intensity of the program. PHP clients attend treatment daily, engaging in group therapy, at least once weekly individual therapy, recreation, and other services. PHP can be an ideal alternative to inpatient rehab for those who are able to live at home or in sober housing during the program.
Common therapies and treatments used at our center include but aren’t limited to the following.
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Family therapy, support, and education
- Outdoor adventure therapy
- Beach group therapy
- Medication management
- Body movement
- Sound bath
- 12-step meetings
All Omnia Recovery clients, including those in our partial hospitalization program, get a personalized treatment plan. Meals are provided during treatment hours. Clients go on frequent supervised outings to support their emotional well-being and recovery.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets less often and for fewer hours per week than PHP. Due to the reduced time commitment, IOP can be ideal for those attending school or work while in treatment. Often, clients looking for a fentanyl treatment center start with PHP and move down to an IOP schedule once they are ready. This approach gives clients a smooth transition from a higher level of care to typical daily life. It is also possible to start with our Intensive Outpatient Program in some cases. Day and evening program options are available.
Ambulatory detox is also called outpatient detox. Getting off of fentanyl can lead to effects such as increased physical pain, severe drug cravings, and sleep problems. Detox can help clients in the process of discontinuing fentanyl and other drugs through the acute withdrawal process by offering support from staff, medication treatments, and other services.
Outpatient detox is suitable for those who are not at risk of severe or dangerous withdrawal symptoms. We can refer you to an inpatient detox center nearby if needed. Once you have reached physical stability, you can enter one of our programs, like PHP.
Before you leave treatment at Omnia Recovery, our team will help you make a relapse prevention and aftercare plan. This plan will be unique to you but may include continued therapy, support groups, job, education, and housing arrangements, or something else. You will also get access to our alumni program after finishing treatment, which helps former clients stay connected through meetings and other services.

Signs of Fentanyl Addiction
People taking fentanyl may experience euphoria, mood swings, sedation, and respiratory symptoms like slowed breathing. Knowing the signs of fentanyl addiction, which include but aren’t limited to the following, can help you identify it in yourself or someone you know.
- Continuing to use fentanyl even if it causes problems in your interpersonal or familial relationships.
- Continuing to use fentanyl despite new or worsened physical and mental health problems caused by fentanyl use.
- Continuing to use fentanyl despite problems it causes at work or school.
- Increased tolerance (needing more fentanyl than before to achieve desired effects).
- Spending a significant portion of time using, overcoming the effects of, or obtaining fentanyl.
- Experiencing withdrawal symptoms upon discontinuation or using fentanyl to avoid withdrawals.
- Forging prescriptions, doctor shopping, or otherwise illegally obtaining fentanyl.
- Using fentanyl in higher amounts or for a longer time period than intended.

Gastrointestinal effects, including nausea and constipation, are also very common among those who use fentanyl.
effects of addiction
Effects of Fentanyl Abuse
Overdose and death are serious possible risks of using fentanyl. Synthetic opioids like fentanyl are the most common drugs involved in overdose deaths at this time. Other possible effects of using fentanyl include but aren’t limited to the following.
- Trouble feeling pleasure caused by anything except for the drug (this can be reversed, which is part of why treatment can be so vital).
- Financial and occupational problems, such as job loss, homelessness, and impaired performance at work or school.
- New or worsened physical and mental health concerns, which can be severe.
- Problems in interpersonal relationships.
- Legal problems.
Getting treatment for fentanyl addiction can help you enjoy life again and avoid experiencing new or worsened consequences associated with fentanyl usage.
