why Omnia is your best choice for substance abuse treatment in Thousand Oaks

Treatment Options at Our Opioid Rehab Center

Omnia Recovery offers the following treatment options for clients looking for an Opioid treatment center. Many clients in our programs attend multiple levels of care consecutively for the best treatment outcomes. During your intake assessment for Opioid addiction treatment at Omnia Recovery, our admissions staff will help you decide on a starting level of care and screen for co-occurring mental health concerns.

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is Omnia Recovery’s highest level of care. PHP can be an alternative to inpatient rehab for clients looking for an Opioid rehab center who are able to manage cravings and other symptoms outside of treatment hours. Daily group therapy, weekly individual therapy, life skills, meals, and fun outings are all a part of our partial hospitalization program in Los Angeles. As a PHP client at Omnia Recovery, you’ll attend treatment about five hours per day, five days per week.

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is one step down from PHP in intensity. IOP clients at Omnia Recovery engage in many of the same activities as PHP clients. However, as a client in our Los Angeles intensive outpatient program, you’ll have a reduced time commitment. Instead of attending care five days per week, you’ll come to treatment at Omnia Recovery for about three hours per day, 2-3 days per week as an IOP client.

The outpatient program at Omnia Recovery comes with the lowest time commitment. Outpatient treatment only requires 1-2 hours of your time per week, so it is best for clients who have already finished a higher level of care and are ready to transition out of treatment.

Signs and Symptoms of Opioid Addiction

Opioid drugs come in different forms, but the signs and symptoms of Opioid addiction are the same or similar regardless of what type of Opioid drug you use. Identifying the signs of Opioid addiction or abuse can help you identify the need for Opioid addiction treatment in yourself or someone else. Common signs of Opioid abuse include but aren’t restricted to:

  • Continuing to use Opioid drugs despite problems they cause in your life, at work or school, or in interpersonal and familial relationships.
  • Doctor shopping, forging prescriptions for, or otherwise illegally obtaining Opioid drugs.
  • Needing to use Opioid drugs in higher amounts than before to achieve the desired effects or “high.”
  • Experiencing withdrawal symptoms when unable to access Opioid drugs or taking Opioid drugs to avoid withdrawal.
  • Changes to appetite or sleep patterns.
  • Irritability, anger, or agitation.
  • Drowsiness or “nodding off.”
  • Reduced perception of pain.
  • Continuing to use Opioid drugs even if you want to stop or decrease the amount you use.
