Table of Contents

Meth addiction can start for many different reasons. We know better than anyone that recovering from meth addiction is possible, and treatment can help. Omnia Recovery is a top-rated behavioral health clinic in California offering multiple levels of care to treat substance use, dual diagnosis, and mental health disorders. So, what should you know about Omnia Recovery and getting help for meth addiction at our facility?

Let’s discuss the main programs used for meth addiction treatment at Omnia Recovery and how they can help those seeking treatment first. Then, we’ll go over therapies and treatments commonly used in our programs, why attending a meth treatment center matters, and the signs and symptoms of meth addiction.

our php program

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for Meth Addiction

Partial hospitalization programs are the most intensive type of outpatient treatment program. They can be an ideal alternative to inpatient rehab for some clients seeking meth addiction treatment. For example, those who need thorough care but can sleep at home or in a sober living setting. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) involves a full daily schedule of groups, at least once-weekly individual therapy (more sessions are available as needed), regular outings, and other activities outlined in your personal treatment plan.

The time commitment required for PHP is about the same as a full-time work or school schedule, which allows you to immerse yourself in the recovery process. Commonly, clients start treatment with this care level. Before you start treatment with us, we’ll give you an intake evaluation that’ll help us understand your treatment needs and work with you to decide on an official starting level of care.

our iop

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Meth Addiction

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets less frequently throughout the week. IOP can be ideal for those who are stepping down from PHP or for those seeking a flexible meth treatment center that lets them work or attend school while in treatment. When used to transition out of PHP, IOP can be extremely helpful because it provides continued support as you get used to participating in daily life obligations while sober.

IOP clients engage in a consistent schedule of groups several days per week and at least once weekly individual therapy, alongside other treatment services applicable to the individual. We have morning and evening programs available so that you can choose the right fit for your schedule.

ambulatory detox

Outpatient Detox for Meth Withdrawal

In addition to our therapy programs, Omnia Recovery offers outpatient detox services. Outpatient detox for meth and other drugs can be an alternative to inpatient detox for individuals with mild-to-moderate withdrawal symptoms. The goal of detox is to help you get off of drugs and alcohol safely, reaching a place of physical stability and preventing relapse in early recovery. We can refer you to inpatient meth detox as a precursor to one of our therapy programs if needed.

how we can help

Why Attending a Meth Treatment Center Matters

Many people use meth for its euphoric and energy-producing effects. However, meth use, abuse, or addiction can lead to severe consequences. For example, around 32,537 individuals died from an overdose involving psychostimulant drugs other than cocaine (primarily meth) in the United States in 2021. Other serious potential effects of meth use include but aren’t limited to the following:

  • Severe oral health problems, such as tooth loss and dental decay.
  • Financial problems, which can lead to loss of housing and other consequences.
  • Problems at work or school, including job loss.
  • Problems in interpersonal relationships.
  • Violent or aggressive behavior.
  • Impaired judgment.
  • Organ damage.
  • Brain changes.
  • Psychosis.

Attending a meth treatment center that takes a comprehensive approach to addiction recovery matters. At Omnia Recovery, treatment can help you get through all stages of meth addiction recovery, including the early stages where the risk of relapse is high, build a strong set of coping skills, and achieve lasting sobriety.
